Speak it in every Language

Our Speak It in Every Language initiative is designed to honour and include every child’s home language as part of their learning journey. Each fortnight, we introduce a new word—such as hello, thank you, or family—and invite children and families to share how it’s spoken in their home language. These words are proudly displayed throughout our centre and woven into our daily routines, group times, and play experiences.  This inclusive program helps children develop a sense of belonging, supports emerging literacy and communication skills, and nurtures respect for others. It’s a beautiful way for children to connect with their identity and learn about the world around them.
